Confirm Serving at Cherish Gala

Dear Serving Team,

With the Gala just around the corner, we need to confirm who is available to serve.

Here are some frequently asked questions to help you prepare:

What should I wear?

The Gala is a formal event. Please dress nicely (think church or wedding attire) and wear comfortable shoes, since you'll be on your feet.

For the Food Service Team:

• Men: Black pants and a dress shirt (any color). A tie is optional.

• Women: Dress or dress pants and a top, with comfortable shoes.

  
  

I missed the Team Meeting — now what?

You will receive an email with detailed instructions specific to your team before the event.

Is childcare available?

Unfortunately, we can only provide limited emergency childcare for Cherish moms. We are unable to offer childcare for Serving Team members' children.

What if an emergency prevents me from serving?

Please text the Cherish cell phone at (909) 539-3227 and also notify your team leader.

Will I be provided food?

We are ordering extra meals from the caterer specifically for the Serving Team. However, since our priority is serving the ticketed guests, we cannot guarantee how much food will be available after all guests have been served. Any remaining catered meals, along with additional snacks, will be made available to our team.

Where do I park?

You may park anywhere on the Water of Life campus.
