Table Hosts – Decorate and personalize a table to make the evening extra special (up to 50 needed). Silent Auction – Donate a themed basket or help manage the auction table during the event. Check-In – Welcome guests and assist with event check-in. Concourse Decor – Help set the stage by decorating the venue the day before. Food Service & Prep – Serve tables, assist with food prep, drinks, or dessert. Ticket Sales – Assist with ticket sales during weekend services leading up to the event.
